Recognising that keeping fleets moving and compliant is imperative to operational success, our teams at Emission Control by Eminox and Ceramex have a robust service support network in place to help our customers keep their vehicles in service and compliant, helping to solve customer challenges and bringing a number of benefits.

 

Helping solve customer challenges

Our aftersales care and service packages have been created to help our customers solve the challenges they face to keep vehicles compliant with legislative requirements and on the road.

Working across a range of industries our service and aftersales teams have historically worked with our customers to service their vehicles on an annual basis, conduct diagnostics and replace parts, as required, to ensure compliance.

However, in the last year or so, as the Government and local authorities have become more stringently monitored  telemetry information submitted to the Energy Saving Trust Clean Vehicle Retrofit Accreditation Scheme (CVRAS), customers have needed a more reactive service package when vehicle issues have been identified.

Recognising this was a challenge for our customers, we created our Gold Service Package which offered a significant point of difference over a standard service option.

 

Fixed first time

Unlike a standard service package, the Gold Service Package is designed to be a responsive service to CVRAS reporting and includes a fully preventative annual service.

The service is designed to replace any component that could potentially fail within a 12-month window, enabling Emission Control to offer budget friendly peace of mind. Your vehicle will be tracked and monitored by Emission Control to remove any surprise CVRAS report issues. As all consumable parts are changed during the service, any failures in the 12-month period will be treated as a warranty call out by simply calling our service support line. We then arrange for one of our technicians to visit the vehicle on site and diagnose the issues that have occurred.

Our ‘fix first time’ approach is possible as our teams carry a range of parts on their service vehicles, many of which have been remanufactured back to OE standard at our Gainsborough site.

Should the problem not be able to be solved, we aim to fix, in 90% of cases, within five to ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances preventing this.
