OEM Tier 1 and Tier 2 solutions

Eminox’s EATS reduce harmful emissions to ensure NRMM complies with the latest global emissions standards, such as Stage V and is a line-fit solution for original equipment manufacturers (OEM). 

Every EATS Eminox supplies to global manufacturers is developed to minimise the overall package space required and, where NOx reduction is required, our advanced urea mixing techniques deliver compact systems whilst high performance selective catalytic reduction (SCR) minimises the final catalyst volume. 

Careful consideration for durability is essential and our engineering expertise means we can develop a concept in partnership with you and take it from design to production to optimise emissions reductions from heavy-duty diesel applications such as cranes, piling rigs, excavators, and dump trucks.

Upgrading existing equipment

Eminox’s EATS for NRMM enable existing equipment to be upgraded to achieve the latest emissions standards such as Stage V equivalent regulations. These solutions extend equipment life and help to reduce capital expenditure whilst also supporting sustainable policies. Almost 100,000 Eminox retrofit systems have been installed, worldwide.

Our emissions reduction products are manufactured to the highest specification and deliver up to 99% reduction in particulate matter (PM), nitrogen oxides (NOx, NO2) carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC), bridging the gap to a net zero carbon future. 

We are proud that our retrofit solutions are the first to be accredited by the Energy Saving Trust’s NRMM Retrofit Accreditation Scheme (RAS) for emission reduction systems, in the UK.
