Fully automated production of net zero fuels
The product consists of a set of sub-assembly components from a number of second tier suppliers fed into a fully automated production line; constructing the product across a number of fully automated, multistage, assembly stations. Similar, in principle, to a complex food production and packaging line, with the added complexity of challenging tolerance requirements and a zero-defect principle.
Collaboration and quality
Eminox recognised the benefit of forming a partnership with CWM Automation (part of the Hexadex Group) to support the design and implementation of the manufacturing line. Using automated component feeds, accurate sub-assembly stages, highly controlled filling systems and robot assisted packaging – the line can manufacture a finished product every 30-seconds on a continuous 24/7 operation. Preventative control measures are in place to ensure health and safety is at the forefront of our operations.
