Class A business improvement programme award for Planning & Control

In 2018 Eminox commissioned Oliver Wight to deliver a Business Improvement Programme to consolidate recent exponential growth and ensure the strategy for the future was robust.

Working across all areas of the business the Oliver Wight team delved into the everyday operations of Eminox and its Goal Deployment Strategy to take the business into its next phase which would include further global expansion and the continued positioning of the business as a market leader.

Whilst the programme experienced some disruption during the pandemic, the Eminox team was delighted to report a 160% increase in sales between 2018 and 2021.

“The process has allowed us to review and move to a process focused organisation with a clearly defined strategy and goals,”

“It has met our expectations so far and now we look forward to an incredibly strong future as we continue to pioneer emissions solutions technologies across the globe that will help to protect the environment and public health.”

said Mark Runciman, Managing Director, Eminox.

“It has been a pleasure to work with the Eminox team who were engaged from the beginning and were clearly passionate about the business and their roles within it.

“I was proud to acknowledge the completion of the first part of the Oliver Wight Class A integrated business planning (IBP) accreditation for Planning and Control and look forward to working with them team to achieve full Class A Integrated Business Planning Process.”
