The Ceramex Flexpurge equipment has been purpose designed to provide the highest quality clean to DPFs types that have not been designed to be remanufactured and are generally known as ‘sealed for life’ or ‘closed’. 

Utilising the capabilities of Xpurge but packaged in a way which allows sealed for life of closed end filters to be effectively cleaned.

We have bespoke capabilities that allows us to carry out air flow testing and drying of closed end filters. The air flows allows us to compare the performance of the filter, post clean, to that of a baseline filter or to a pre-cleaned state, meaning you can be assured of the success of the clean which will give you confidence in fleet reliability
