Eminox Ltd, a major European designer and manufacturer of exhaust emission control systems for trucks and buses, is expanding its infrastructure outside the UK to support a growing export market.
Having developed new business in France, Eminox has opened a new office and service centre just outside Paris. Eminox’s strong performance in the French market includes winning a contract to supply CRT® emissions control systems to around 3,000 diesel-powered buses in Paris. The new facility will allow Eminox to provide local support for existing contracts as well as developing new business.
Eminox has been supplying its market-leading CRT® emissions reduction systems to the environmentally-aware Scandinavian market for over 10 years. Now, the opening of a customer service centre in Gothenburg, Sweden will allow the company to further strengthen its position in this market.
Eminox France is led by Mr Philippe Vanleene, who has been appointed as Business Development Manager at the new office in Paris. Two employees from the company’s UK head office have left for Parisian soil to join him – Mr Philippe Lausseur, Head of Technical Services, and Mr Christophe Dumoulin, Customer Service Manager – both of whom have worked for Eminox for a number of years.
In the Gothenburg office, Business Development Managers, Owe Hult and Freddy Skov-Jensen will support the Swedish and Danish markets respectively, with the assistance of Technical Support Engineer, Anders Tanghed. They bring to the company many years’ experience of the emissions reduction market in Scandinavia.
“This is a very exciting time for Eminox,” says Paul Priestley, the company’s Managing Director. “Demand across Europe has been increasing considerably over the past few years, and these new facilities will allow us to be closer to the market.”
