We are delighted to announce a new appointment has been made to the Eminox Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Andy Sloan, from Doncaster, joins the business as Business Unit Director for Eminox, and will lead the Eminox Business Unit assuming responsibility for its overall performance and success.
In this newly created role, Andy will also be responsible for delivery of new product development, leading the Eminox core engineering and project teams.

Andy joins Eminox from Magtec where he has led engineering and project teams alongside more broad base business managerial roles, including commercial developments and project execution in the rail and defence sectors.
Prior to this, Andy has a proven track record of product development and engineering leadership across a wide range of rail and military sectors.

A further change to the structure of the SLT will see David Phillips, our current Engineering Director, move to a newly created Technical Director role for all our Eminox Group brands; Eminox, SaveGuard and Ceramex, creating a more holistic approach to our integrated structure.
