- Ensure the maintenance of all housekeeping standards for all work areas.
- Ensure generation and maintenance of all relevant documentation.
- Work closely with all functional links in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
- Communicating with stakeholders on the status of parts throughout the factory where required to minimise waiting times throughout the processes.
- Work to customer specifications using all information available i.e. Standard Operating Procedures and Engineering drawings while checking off first of items to minimise scrap, defects i.e. cost.
- This role has responsibilities that have Cell specific tasks are assigned in a secondary Document that details individual tasks.
- Any other duties assigned in line with scope of role.
Key Skills
- Computer Literacy, Microsoft, Word, Emails and IFS.
- Working with Metal forming Equipment such as presses, rollers and formers.
- Health and Safety awareness
- Time management
- Flexibility and Adaptability
Understand and adherence to the following
- H&S policy and procedures, key role responsibilities being:
- Keep a safe and healthy working environment for self and others who may be affected by our work activities
- Raise any situation that may endanger self and others via the near-miss process (or accident process if appropriate)
