Description

Eminox PTE is part of the Eminox family of companies. It designs and manufactures precision fabricated vessels for process engineering applications in food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, fuel, water treatment and many other similar sectors. It also has a successful exhaust aftertreatment remanufacturing business with OEM clients in Eminox’s core markets. Eminox PTE understand the need to augment their product offering with auxiliary equipment; hence providing a one stop-shop.

Marketing team supports the activities, which will drive sales of its products or services. They provide the essential research to identify your target customers and other audiences. The Marketing function also helps Eminox to identify and source potentially successful opportunities within the region and then promote them within the business.

An experienced Technical Sales Manager is required to develop historic and new customers in the target markets but also help develop the future business development strategy. A hands-on sales expert with the ability to provide a commercial price and technical offer with capability to forecast & plan.

The candidate will be responsible for both developing new opportunities in the UK and to work collaboratively across the Eminox business.

Person Specification

• Have a significant and proven track record in business development with process engineering applications
• Experience in two or more of the following sectors – food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, oil, fuel, water treatment
• Lead the sales & commercial activities for Eminox PTE
• Work with the team in Eminox PTE but also sister companies
• Customer Centricity - ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Business Acumen - Applies appropriate strategic logic to decisions and initiatives
• Lead by example- Takes personal and organisational actions to do what is right for the company success, and supports others who do so
• Develop and maintain constructive, open and honest relationships internally & externally

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility of Eminox PTE sales in the UK
• Meet or exceed sales and gross margin plan.
• Increase and accurately forecast sales and prospect pipeline.
• Lead the team to Increase and accurately forecast sales and prospect pipeline for the team.
• Communicate and report the business's KPIs and targets.
• Develop and execute a business development plan for Eminox PTE
• Build strategic relationships at the customer while engaging within technical groups to develop new business opportunities and successfully close business.
• Identify the needs of the customers, while demonstrating value to their business.
• Influence internally and externally, with or without formal authority to ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Lead Business review: Forecast, Financial results, Voice of the customer, Debt Review, and Action Plan.
• Able to demonstrate financial acumen to create a cost and price estimate
• Identify and communicate new value stream to support new business development.
• Travel regularly to meet customers over 50% of time is expected.
