Description

Eminox designs and manufactures exhaust after-treatment systems, reducing emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Our products are supplied as original equipment to meet the latest emissions standards. We also produce complete emissions systems for retrofit to meet the ever-changing demands of local air quality programmes such as London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and Clean Air Zones across the country. Eminox also supply replacement products to the UK and European independent Aftermarket.

Eminox has many exciting opportunities on the horizon and goals to expand into new markets for retrofit emissions after treatment systems. Retrofit Sales Department will be responsible for contributing to the sales budget in existing and emerging sectors where air quality improvements are required from heavy duty diesel engines.

This is an office-based role in Gainsborough to manage UK retrofit accounts. These accounts range between £20,000 - £ £5,000,000 PA, you will be the main point of contact between Eminox and our existing heavy duty vehicle customers. You will be dealing directly with national, regional fleet or depot managers, engineering contacts and non-road equipment providers with the responsibility for the day-2-day management and sales growth for all UK accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for UK accounts
• Follow up quotations to convert into sales
• Confirm delivery schedule with customers
• Keep both operations and customers up to date with any changes
• Manage and maintain the company CRM system
• Set up and manage all new and existing price agreements
• Responsible for the renewal of aftersales and service contracts
• Ensure demand and sales forecasts are up to date with the latest information from the customers
• Manage monthly / quarterly account reviews
• Identify parts from customer demand within IFS and bills of materials (BOM’s)
• Liaise with the Customer Service department, Engineering and Planning to ensure that orders can be manufactured and dispatched on time in line with customer requirements
• Supply information, quotations and document the stages via the CRM system
• Assisting when required other team members with their responsibilities
• Any other duties assigned in line with scope of role
