We are looking for a Programme Manager to join the current team. You will lead and co-ordinate a portfolio of OE customer projects in Eminox. This will involve the personal leadership and adopting the role of Project Manager for large complex projects and the management of Project Managers within the team who are assigned to run other projects

An important aspect of the role is in building effective teams across the entire organisation and motivating them to use the appropriate project management tools to deliver projects to agreed targets, budgets and timescales. You will lead the NPI development and culture within Eminox that is required to be a credible player in the OE segment.

• Knowledge and experience in application of Project management tool and techniques (essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Project Managers and a portfolio of projects as agreed with the Head of Programme Management
• Responsible for the overall Programme budget and time lines
• Develop and Integrate an NPI system for Eminox
• Assume the responsibilities of a Project Manager for large complex projects
• Create and manage cross functional teams to deliver new OEM projects
• Manage the OE project management resources in a manner that:
 Makes best use of skills, expertise and experience
 Promotes efficient working
 Develops individuals in the team
• Manage the teams and project activities to ensure we comply with our quality system and standards. Ensure that we adhere to our NPI / APQP process, maintaining documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure that appropriate project management tools are adopted and are used to communicate project plans and progress effectively across the whole Eminox organisation and to the customer
• Develop and maintain enduring relationships with strategic customers, spanning multiple projects
• Drive the development of an appropriate culture of professionalism and quality, as required to be a successful competitor in the OE supply chain
• Ensure projects meet customers’ requirements and the company’s strategic objectives in terms of technical performance, milestones, quality and all costs (including project development and manufactured part costs)
• Ensure all risks and opportunities are identified, quantified and managed effectively
• Ensure ownership of project issues from project initiation through to demonstrated manufacturing capability and commercialisation
• Liaise with other Programme and Project Managers to ensure that best practices are adopted across the organisation
