The Marketing team support all functions across the business to create engaging, relevant marketing and communications content. We are responsible for branding, PR, digital design and creation, social media, website development, marketing collateral, organising events and exhibitions to create business development opportunities for our sub brands.

You will assist the development and implementation of a range of marketing communications to deliver agreed sales and marketing plans for all areas of the business, with particular focus on retrofit, corporate and internal communications. You will play a vital role in maximising opportunities in existing markets and establishing our presence in new markets. You will also help to maintain employee engagement through developing internal communications across a range of channels.

Person Specification

• HE level qualification in a business related subject, with Marketing content
• Driving licence

• Degree level qualification, ideally with Marketing content, or;
• CIM Diploma in Marketing
• English language qualification

Knowledge and Experience:
• Work experience or relevant learning in marketing or sales
• PC literate: PowerPoint, Word & Excel

• Experience in a B2B environment
• Language skills would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Developing content for specific opportunities, markets and products as agreed with the Marketing Manager, framed within agreed brand messaging, for a range communication channels
• Organising the production of artwork, including advertising, literature and graphics, using agreed formats and messaging in line with the Eminox visual identity, including managing deadlines
• Supporting the implementation of the company’s event plans as agreed with the Marketing Manager
• Gathering and maintaining information on relevant events and communications channels
• Working with external agencies to support the company’s public relations activities
• Working with external suppliers, including advertising and design companies, as agreed with the Marketing Manager
• Generating content for company newsletters and other internal communications, as agreed with the Marketing Manager
• Sourcing and managing stock of promotional items
• Regularly gathering relevant market news for communication internally and externally
• Gathering and sharing information on competitors
• Handling essential marketing administration requirements
• Any other duties assigned in line with scope of role
