In 2024 Eminox acquired SaveGuard which designs and manufactures highly technical and innovative thermal and acoustic insulation products to OEMs. These products and solutions expand the Eminox Group’s value offering and enhances the technological capabilities with a wide range of automotive products used in vehicle exhausts.

The marketing department is responsible for all Eminox Group marketing activities and plays a vital role in driving growth, building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales. Our department balances the complexities of the manufacturing sector, including long sales cycles, technical products, and the need for targeted strategies across our multiple business units while ensuring each business unit’s strategic goals are met.

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing digital marketing activities and running multi-channel campaigns to deliver agreed sales and marketing plans for all business units. This role plays a pivotal part in establishing and driving our group’s growth and engagement by developing online sales, creating content for social media, websites, direct marketing activities and tracking and reporting performance metrics. This role will also support digital transformation in the Eminox Group by developing and implementing AI technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating social media content relevant to business development objectives for each business unit’s specific target audiences, in line with the Eminox Group of Companies branding and corporate visual identities
  • Creating monthly, SEO-optimised content across key digital platforms, supporting the planning and management of paid campaigns on social media and other platforms in line with customer behaviours or objectives to drive lead generation
  • Analysing and reporting on key performance indicators using AI tools and strong numerical reasoning, with the goal of recommending and implementing continuous improvement to increase relevant conversions
  • Enhancing customer experience through eCommerce development and management
  • Reviewing and maintaining the business unit websites, using WordPress content management system
  • Producing digital artwork, photography, audio, and video content for internal and external communications, using software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite in line with each business unit’s branding and corporate visual identities
  • Developing collateral and briefs for digital and print use, including presentations, photography, and video content
  • Collaborating and liaising with external teams, including PR, advertising, and design companies
  • Supporting event planning, such as product launches, networking events, webinars and webcasts aligned with each business unit’s strategic goals
  • Any other duties assigned in line with scope of role

Key skills

  • At least 2+ years’ marketing experience
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • A proven record of effective content creation, including writing copy and building landing pages
  • Data-driven, analysis of performance indicators and using insights from data to optimise campaigns
  • eCommerce management
  • Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines with a good ability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work independently to achieve business objectives
  • An enthusiasm for using the most effective
  • AI tools in marketing
  • Ability to understand and convey brand values to stakeholders
  • Good negotiating skills
