We are looking for an Apprentice PA to join our current team. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and also learn about all aspects about a growing and forward-thinking Company.

This role will provide professional and efficient support service to the PA and Senior Leadership Team, being responsible for diary co-ordination, timely preparation of documents and supporting with reports for meetings, internal and external communication across the business and booking UK and overseas travel.

You will be enthusiastic, reliable and capable of learning quickly. This role has a requirement to complete a Business Administration qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Key learning points and responsibilities:

• A confident telephone manner as you will be handling and fielding internal and external telephone calls
• Be able to respond to internal and external email enquiries in a timely manner
• Provide a professional and efficient support to the PA and attend meetings when required i.e. to cover annual leave
• Provide a professional and efficient PA support to the Senior Leadership Team
• Arrange travel and accommodation in the UK and abroad (also ensuring visa applications are completed where necessary)
• Assist with the preparation of letters, reports and presentations for the PA and Senior Leadership Team
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and employees
• Meeting and greeting visitors to site
• Set up rooms for meetings and when required, attend meetings and take minutes
• Ensure meeting rooms onsite are kept clean and tidy and stationery is available (i.e. flip charts, pens)
• Assist with project work as and when required
• Manage the Time and Attendance system (Rota) for the Senior Leadership Team
• Manage the Expense System (Concur) for the Senior Leadership Team
• Raise purchase orders as and when required
• Any other duties as may be reasonably required in line with the role
