Eminox designs market-leading exhaust aftertreatment systems which use innovative diesel particulate filter (DPF) technologies and the latest SCR technology to reduce harmful pollutants from heavy-duty equipment and vehicles across multiple sectors including OEM and Aftermarket.
Ceramex is a leading international supplier of DPF remanufacturing and cleaning services to major OEMs with facilities across the UK, Europe, Japan and North America.
In 2024 Eminox acquired SaveGuard which designs and manufactures highly technical and innovative thermal and acoustic insulation products to OEMs. These products and solutions expand the Eminox Group’s value offering and enhances the technological capabilities with a wide range of automotive products used in high tech exhausts.
The role of the Telemetry Co-ordinator will support all Telematics related activities for Eminox’s Service and Aftersales customer fleets which operate vehicles and non-road equipment retrofitted with our exhaust technology which is monitored via Telematics.
The postholder will be part of Aftersales Department providing support and data to facilitate in service performance data, diagnostics to facilitate maintenance and repairs that will ensure the systems operate to high emission reduction levels recognised standards that enable them to enter and operate in Low emission cities and area. The postholder will manage the day-to-day requirements and provide both internal and external customers with the necessary information to maintain compliant low emission vehicles.
Key responsibilities:
- • Reviewing customer telematics requests, providing reports as required.
• Ensure customer subscriptions are maintained, working with the CRM to allow timely quotation. Co-ordinate customer access and log in control to the telemetry portal
• Conduct end user training on how to use customer interface on the portal to access their data
• Working with the Aftersales Manager proactively reviewing telematics to identify and maximise the performance of the Eminox systems, generating additional aftersales revenue.
• Working with our Software Partner to ensure the telematics system is up to date, units activated / de-activated as required and invoicing aligned.
• Manage the Eminox database.
• Ensuring telematics data is reflected within the company business system (IFS).
• Document/review the telematics process and create work instructions, as required, for each process step.
• Maintain and report out the metrics for the telematics (Subscription revenue, Maintenance cost, active account, etc) to Aftersales service manager monthly.
• Collate telematics data for field trials for review by engineering team.
• Support Regulator requests to provide data for organisations such as DfT and EST that mandate the use of telemetry in Clean Air zones
• Validate monthly subscription and data charges against supplier invoices
• Provide up to date subscription data including contract terms to internal Sales and Finance departments for Sales forecasting and Monthly revenue draw down procedures
• Use Power BI reporting tools to produce customer and business dashboards with KPIs to improve data and services we provide to end users
