Eminox designs and manufactures exhaust after-treatment systems, reducing emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Our products are supplied as original equipment to meet the latest emissions standards. We also produce complete emissions systems for retrofit to meet the ever-changing demands of local air quality programmes such as London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and Clean Air Zones across the country. Eminox also supply replacement products to the UK and European independent Aftermarket.
The Sales and Marketing department takes the responsibility of the business development and customer developments part of Eminox’ strategy. They are responsible for the definition, the promotion and the sales of the product and services offered by Eminox.
A sales team is the direct link between a company’s service or products and its consumers. In addition of generating additional revenues, the sales team is responsible of building relationships with our customers and be their voice within organisation. The Sales team drives the growth of Eminox business as well as customer retention by managing the various stakeholders’ expectation in line with the company development plans. The Sales team is also responsible to coach the rest of Eminox organisation in understanding the customer needs and challenges.
Marketing team supports the activities, which will drive sales of its products or services. They provide the essential research to identify your target customers and other audiences. The Marketing function also helps Eminox to identify and source potentially successful opportunities from the marketplace they operate on and then promote them by differentiating them from similar products.
The Head of Marketing manages the strategic operational marketing activities, relying on the 4 pillars of marketing (Product, Pricing, Promotion, Place). This role primarily involves developing and implementing plan to strengthen the company’s market presence and support sales in achieving the company revenue target.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job, able to blend sales and marketing skills in order to produce a strategic outlook for all marketing teams (Product, Trade, Pricing, Communications). He/She will be a skilled marketing strategist and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others.
The goal is to increase the company’s market share, margins and to maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.
Key responsibilities (your job is):
Developing the Company marketing strategy in line with company targets, leveraging the assigned budget.
Communications:
- Co-ordinating KPI driven marketing campaigns with sales activities (both ATL and BTL), improving lead generation campaigns, while being compliant with GDPR
- Lead all marketing events and trade shows
- Overall responsibility for brand management, corporate identity and Eminox presence with an omni-channel approach
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns to support product lifecycle curve, in tune with the strategic marketing plan
Product:
- Product Champion; building the overall marketing strategy with valuable product marketing intelligence. Be the evangelist, internally and externally, for our full solutions set and monitor the industry to educate key stakeholders. Actively coordinate the products lifecycle management, whilst providing a clear outlook regarding turnover / margins / potential
- Go to market; work closely with the other teams to create and support the go-to-market strategy
- Competitor Intelligence; manage an up-to-date benchmark competitor comparison matrix. Using this intelligence to inform new product development, pricing strategies and marketing tactics, retrieving data from markets and providing insights to the Business
Pricing & Commercial:
- Drive pricing strategies, balancing fast-movers low margins with high-profit products to ensure the best combination between market price, margins and product potential. As part of the Marketing Strategy, define the correct pricing strategy for our customer and prospects base
- Coordinate the Demand Control process, with periodic pipeline reviews – ensuring the reporting and data quality required to support regional and global operations reviews is in place
- Oversee Bidding Policies – Responsible for ensuring correct response strategies are applied in conjunction with other company functions
- Coordinate Legal Commercial policies – manage the Contracts and NDAs
- Any other duties assigned in line with scope of role
